- Service is available immediately upon successful payment (premium membership granted instantly).
- Cancellation
- Send 'Cancel' via official LINE, or self-cancel via the Stripe portal. No cancellation fee. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next month's charge.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds are generally not provided after payment completion due to service nature. If service is unavailable due to our fault, contact us within 7 days of payment for a full refund of that month.
